J HumphriesThe Fish re opened under new ownership and is amazing . What a difference and it’s all the better for it . A warm friendly welcome, Tasty food at a fair price created by 2 very good chef’s. Thankfully the quirky decor of before has been replaced with a calm , fresh look . Well worth a visit to this independent pub in a lovely location with Riverside garden & small play area .

They've done an amazing job on the renovation and staff were lovely. The nibbles we had were delicious so can't wait to come again for a proper meal !

Jonathan SmithVery nice place, we sat in the garden to enjoy the evening sunshine. I tried the pork schnitzel, having not eaten here before I wasn't sure of the portion sizes, so ordered a side of rosemary salted fries as well. Both were well cooked and very tasty, I would say if you have a large appetite, go for the extra fries otherwise you won't need them. It does come with a lovely slaw, although the schnitzel is large, so it could use a bit more. All in all, everything was delicious and we all thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back.
