I'm booking my ticket with I&J for more than 10 years already and they never gave me problem. If my flight is cancelled, they immediately informed me and booked another available schedule most convenient for me.

Absolute terrible customer service. Called to ask for ticket price and asked a few more questions on cancellation or ticket change policy. The guy just responded “make up your mind first” then just hung up! Do not go to them. There are much better travel agents out there. There should be zero star rating. One star is too much for this terrible travel agent!
