I went today to do another application because I haven’t worked with them in years. As soon as I come in the lady tells me there aren’t any applications left for women. Mind you there is 1 or 2 Hispanic ladies sitting down doing applications. Their application is short with simple questions from when I did it before, they could have easily printed out another application if that was truly the case. It’s crazy because they’ll sound so nice on the phone, race was definitely the issue. I won’t waste my time coming back.

As a former employee, I was warned about the poor management before being hired, but I didn't take the warnings from other former employees seriously. I thought I'd give it a try anyway; was I wrong? Absolutely! You'd expect a corporation to be more professional and follow the rules, but that's not the case with this company. During my two years here, I saw at least 20 people come and go. Complaints were always brushed under the rug, and if you worked for the staffing agency and spoke up, you'd be terminated or not sent out on assignments. The company doesn't offer yearly reviews, raises, or recognition; it just drains the life out of you. I wish I could've made a difference, but the company only cares about its image. I'm glad I was terminated for speaking up; it was a blessing in disguise. Run, don't walk!
