Absolutely recommend this Wellness studio to new & seasoned yogi’s to get into the hot yoga class, try a cold plunge or heated sauna. They also offer massage and stretch sessions for reasonable prices that are affordable. If you’re new to yoga you will be welcomed with generous arms of hugs from community members. Don’t wait. Get brave and meet yourself on your yoga mat. I’ve been practicing yoga and wellness at The Space for almost 8 months and I have benefited from my time spent there. In comparison to the cost for my monthly membership price, the value that The Space has added to my life and living has been significant. The teachers and staff are friendly and supportive. I greatly appreciate all the efforts & work of the team. I’m grateful to the founder as well. She is truly a loving woman made of magic.

This is my third year buying an annual membership, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The teachers are absolutely the best—knowledgeable, kind, and truly committed to your growth. The owner genuinely cares about the community, and it shows in every detail. Highly recommend!

I found The Space in December 2022. It’s always been the best spot for hot yoga in Sacramento. I took a year hiatus and returned to the mat this week. I did a candle light class with Veronica and I’m soooo happy I did. Her energy was the calming and welcoming energy I craved after taking a long break and feeling unsure of myself in my postpartum body. Thank you for the warm welcome back, Veronica & the Space.
