Customer experiences
From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and cared for. Veronica and Thania were incredibly kind and professional at check-in, making the whole process smooth and helping me get comfortably settled into the spa. Their warmth set the tone for a wonderful experience. Lan was absolutely exceptional with my Hydrafacial. Her expertise, attention to detail, and gentle touch made it one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. My skin felt instantly refreshed, radiant, and renewed. If you’re looking for any type of facial treatment, make sure you ask for Lan — she is truly outstanding. I highly recommend the Spa at Hotel Crescent Court to any traveler looking for a relaxing and expertly delivered experience. Between the welcoming staff and the skilled care, this is truly a must-visit spa.
I tried the spa here because the Ritz was closed for remodeling. The locker room attendants were very nice and helpful. However, I wouldn’t come here again, and here’s why: this is not a five-star experience, even though the prices reflect a five-star hotel spa.The towels are very small and rough to the touch, so be prepared to feel like you’re using sandpaper after getting out of the steam room or shower. My massage was just okay. The room was noisy, and one of the overhead air conditioning fans must have had a loose screw because it kept banging throughout my service, which was very annoying. The sitting room sofa had a stain on one of the cushions, and most of the carpet needed to be steamed. I also overheard staff mentioning that the spa had recently been remodeled, but it didn’t look updated to me. The entrance looked new, but the locker room and actual spa area did not. Lastly, check that your locker actually locks—I had issues finding one with a working keypad.
This was my born day gift and what a SPA. One of the best experience. Just make sure to get there early to enjoy amenities before the the massage. They have Sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy room. My favorite was the steam room and off course the massage. So great birthday gift for someone special if you are ever in Dallas.
Meeting Rosie, was the only positive takeaway. Yesterday I came for a $245 massage. It was decent, yet all for nothing. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap afterwards & unfortunately it was full of avocado. I am severely allergic. It wasn’t listed on the menu at all. Sent me into an instant panic attack & allergy response. Spa attendant spoke minimal English. Luckily I’m. Bilingual. Ruined all the reason & for my possible benefits from the spa visit. They were also painting the walls in the communal area between the locker rooms, which wasn’t mentioned at check in. Just not as enjoyable as I’d like, for the price point of their services.
The Spa at The Crescent is a day spa.
