Customer experiences
Had a great experience. Started with a yoga class, then had a deep tissue massage with Brian - he was excellent. The amenities match what you’d expect from a 5-star resort. Great vibes and very relaxing.
Been here in the winter, but it was great to spend the day this summer. Lounge around the pool and use the sauna, steam, hot tub or cold plunge as part of spa. Enjoy lunch and had spa treatments in the afternoon. Perfect ladies day!
An absolutely amazing experience all around!! From the beautiful, scenic drive up the mountain to the hotel, to driving into the heated garage to valet the car, to the spa itself. It was perfect. My friends and I really just wanted to be able to use the spa amenities (hot tub, sauna, steam room, relaxation room, heated outdoor pool and hot tub, etc). They said if you booked a service for $100, you could have access to the spa amenities, so we all got pedicures. Let me tell you, it was rhe best pedicure I ever had. It was soo relaxing!! The pedicures are 75minutes long and they really take their time on you. It was so relaxing. Jana took care of me and I would definitely recommend her when I come back to visit. The staff was super accommodating, attentive and friendly, the locker rooms were clean and tidy, the relaxation room was so relaxing next to the fireplace or even watching the snow fall in the outdoor overlook room, the outdoor pool and hot tub was the perfect end to our day… overall 10/10 recommend! We will be back!
Massages start at $250 and include access to outdoor pools, indoor jacuzzi/cold plunge(at least for women), sauna, steam room, relaxation room. My masseuse Whitney was very friendly and professional. It wasn’t a bad massage, but, I prefer my home spa in Holladay for massages that are half the price. It was odd that they didn’t give us key access to the pool. We were told to call the spa on our cell phones (going through the phone tree) if we wanted to come back inside. This put a damper on our experience as it was snowing on us while we were waiting to be let back inside. The lockers seem to self unlock after an hour or 2. We all locked ours and came back to find them unlocked. When the hostess was finding a locker for us, she opened several with belongings in them before finding an empty locker. They should also assign lockers to avoid advertising that the lockers don’t work and have belongings inside. Locker rooms are kept pretty clean, but get chaotic with multiple large groups booked at the same time. Sometimes hard to find a seat in the relaxation area.
The Spa at Stein Eriksen Lodge is a spa.
