My daughter and I just had spa appointments. I had a facial and pedicure. Kira did both. Kira is excellent. She took her time with my facial and pedicure. Kira also has a classy, calm, and kind manner. I look forward to going back to this spa, the next time we visit the resort.

The Spa at Massanutten is amazing! After a short wait — and a glass of champagne! — in their calming waiting room, I had a pedicure and the nail technician was the BEST. After my feet soaked in jetted hot water, she took care of my nails and cuticles, and then scrubbed and massaged my feet and lower legs. She used Dazzle Dry nail polish — which dried instantly! — and the color I picked (Tiger Lily) is gorgeous. I have a lot of pain due to plantar fasciitis in both feet, but the tech was super careful and made sure I was always comfortable. She was so kind and caring! My mom and sister got massages and my niece got a junior facial — one and all were thrilled. Overall I’m a huge fan of the spa and highly recommend it. It’s worth every penny (and the prices are reasonable as it is.)

My wedding was this past Saturday, and I booked a mani-pedi here since our Airbnb was in Massanutten. I had the pleasure of meeting the sweetest technician (I believe her name was Deanna). The whole experience was amazing, from the complimentary champagne to the cozy neck-warming pillow! D’s personality made it even better; she helped me try out color combos and asked me all about my wedding, and we ended up chatting like best friends. I live in Charlottesville, but I’d happily make the drive again just to get my nails done with her. 💅🏽

Circus Mom

Husband and I did a couples BBW. The massages and mini facials felt luxurious. The spa itself was lovely and clean. Therapists and staff were polite and friendly. Definitely recommend.
