We had our hair and make up done for my daughter's wedding. Everyone looked beautiful and each bridesmaid had something different. Their requests were heard. The bride brought hair accents and these were added to the hair styles. I went back later with an issue with my eyelashes, was taken immediately, and had no issue for the rest of the day. Everyone was so pleasant, had suggestions, and did a wonderful job with the hair and make up. Finally, my son had his hair done as well as his beard trimmed the day prior to the wedding. They made sure he looked exceptional. I highly recommend using the spa especially for a wedding.

I booked a spa day for my birthday for a group of eight and confirmed the reservation in advance. The day before, I received conflicting information from two different employees, which caused confusion for my entire group. I tried calling again to confirm, but no one answered—and no one followed up. In the end, we didn’t get to enjoy the spa day, yet I still received an email thanking me for a stay that never happened. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I recently had a spa day here and it really was an amazing day here. The staff was very friendly and the place was really nice. I love that they have a steam room, hot tub and heated pool. The weather was rainy and yet it just cleared up to unwind after my treatments in the hot tub. They were totally cool with being in the hot tub even if it was raining. I had a body scrub with Brayden and she was absolutely great. She was so sweet and I enjoyed the firmness with the scalp massage. This was my first time getting a body scrub and I really enjoyed it. I had Dominic for my deep tissue massage and it was probably one of the best massages I have ever had. The only thing I wish I would add to this experience was the service of a relaxing beverage like champagne or wine. You can go upstairs in the bar to get your own beverage if you would like but it would have been nice to have that extra service to have it brought to me in the lounging area. I would be willing to pay for that service as well. However, the manager was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable and showed me an easy way to the bar area to get a beverage after my service. She made it very clear that people show up in their robes all the time. It was truly a wonderful experience. I can't wait to come back.
