Fantastic experience from start to finish! Big thanks to Hazeem for the excellent service both at pickup and drop-off — he was professional, courteous, and made the process smooth and stress-free. The location has an on-site office, which is super convenient, but I recommend giving yourself a little extra time to check in, as I had about a 15-minute wait in line. Everything was organized, the equipment was in great condition, and the process was easy and efficient. They had everything I needed for a successful move. I’ll definitely be using them again!

Stay away from U-Haul Dougall!.We rented a truck from them for 4 hours, and it turned out to be a nightmare. The truck broke down while we were driving, leaving us stranded on the side of the road. When we called the U-Haul help line, we were met with poor service and a complete lack of urgency. We waited for 4 hours in scorching heat 35°C without AC, and the "mechanic" they sent couldn't fix the issue. Things took a turn for the worse when we spoke with Hassan E, the owner. Instead of showing empathy or concern, he seemed to take pleasure in our misery. He lied to us about the towing truck's arrival time, and when we confronted him about it, he became unhelpful and uncooperative. The cherry on top was when he told us he wouldn't refund our payment or provide any assistance. We're still stuck with the consequences of his poorly maintained truck.

Great experience overall. Hasan and Hazeem are always a pleasure to interact with! Very approachable and informative, and I really appreciated the clean and organized environment. The free first month of storage came in clutch when I needed extra space as well!
