Just finished my first appointment with this office and can already tell I’m going to love it here! I believe her name was Melanie (technician) was so nice and helpful from exrays to providing info and explanations. Then on to Dr Iman who was also friendly and informative to all my questions. Lastly was Laura, my new hygientist who was so friendly and concerned for my comfort as I was having a deep cleaning… totally painless! I am happy to say that I am so happy to find such a great place!

This place is a scam. I had an appointment for a cleaning last week. On their consent form they put estimated balance due, $56. I asked why. They said because I need a "Deep cleaning" & my insurance doesn't cover that. I said I was only there for the cleaning my insurance covers & crossed out the additional charge. They x-rayed me & the dentist looked in my mouth for 15 seconds & said I was fine. The hygienist poked my gums & said again I needed the Deep cleaning. Again, I said No, I'm not having that. I explained I'm terminally ill, and am not having additional services because I'm not going to be here much longer. The hygienist looked me right in the eye & told me I really need to take care of my teeth. I was flabbergasted! She refused to do a regular cleaning, which I then found out consists of a water pik treatment & polishing only. I had just done that at home myself! I said I'm out of here. Then they tried to charge for a cancelation, when they refused to do their job!! Unbelievable. I reported them to my insurance & I'm also reporting them to the State Dental Board. They need to be shut down. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

The staff were very professional and eager to answer my questions. They were invested in making me as comfortable as possible during my visit. I felt confident in the expertise of both my dentist and the dental hygienist. This was my first time here, I had to change dentists for insurance coverage reasons, and I feel I chose wisely.

I let the dental hygienist know I was a little anxious being there and he was so gentle! Also, super efficient front office, it’s so helpful that they can pre-verify insurance information and give you projected cost before they even pull you back.
