This review is 2 parts, first on the actual realtor, second on the home buying process and what happens "after." Daniela Rojas is great, the team here is great. I have no complaints about them as a whole. What I do have an issue with is the inspection/home warranty process. For starters, DO NOT use the inspection people they recommend. While I'm sure they are fine on their own, the individual was very "meh" with my inspection. (this is somewhat on me, I should have got my own.) The write ups were very "this is old, should be checked." Which then the home warranty company is using to deny basically any claim I send them. And they are my real issue.. the company is "Guard Home Warranty" so if they offer this place for a warranty, I highly recommend asking for an alternative. That place has given me the run-around for everything, wasting my time and money (electric bill due to faulty AC unit.) Again, Sharp Homes themselves are very great.
