He walked me through the entire inspection and was happy to answer all my questions. He did an in-depth inspection and even came back because of well issues. He provided me with important maintenance tips and followed up promptly. Derek goes above and beyond. He is down-to-earth and a pleasure to work with.

He provided necessary recommendations and explained why they were needed as well. I'm pleasantly surprised to know that he provides well testing service as well.
