She made me feel comfortable and addressed a lot of tension and tight muscles and provided some advice for at home stretches/exercises to do between appointments. Highly recommend Melissa and looking forward to more sessions with her. The staff were welcoming.

It was my first time trying for a relaxation massage at The Self Center and got massage from Mel which was an amazing experience as she is very detail oriented to work along the muscles require more attention but also the supporting muscles. Awesome experience!

I’ve been going to Angela Rolfe since late last year and have never looked back. In the past I’ve had many massages done but I’d always walk out disappointed, as while they were relaxing it never solved the root cause of my going there (tightness, muscle tension, etc). Angela is exceptional - she pinpoints where you’re tight and gets rid of your knots so that you can feel long term results. Not only is she an expert at what she does, but she is extremely easy to talk to and she creates a comfortable space. A side effect is that after every massage my eyes are only half open because I’m so incredibly relieved and satisfied! I always look forward to seeing her and will never see anyone else.
