Gretchen was lovely to work with when buying our first home. We decided to build a new house from out of state, and Gretchen really went above and beyond to help us feel present, regardless of the distance. From advocating for us to our builder to completing several walk-throughs on video call, she was such an asset to have on our team. We greatly appreciated her expertise and personal touches, like an email filled with recommendations for the area after move in. We would absolutely work with her again!

This move was a stressful one for our family, and that's saying a lot as we are a retired military family with many moves under our belts. We had a lot of big events happening and selling the house added additional to do lists & stress. Stacy took some of that stress off us. She was amazing to work with...answering questions, giving honest advice, being available, giving names for work to be done, even contacting some of those people...the communication was on point. I would recommend her to anyone moving in or out of the area. We even used the company's box truck to get items to Goodwill.
