I recently dined at Royal Oak and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance of the patio was awesome and inviting, and the food was delicious. Our server, Max, truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience special. He was attentive, friendly, and ensuring that our needs were met throughout the meal. Max's professionalism, sense of humor, and warm demeanor added to the overall enjoyment of our patio experience. I would highly recommend Royal Oak to anyone looking for a great patio vibe and exceptional service.

We really felt for the Bar Tender who was doing everything solo (bar tending, serving tables, busing food orders, etc.) on a Saturday afternoon. She tried her best. She was a busy busy queen bee! I applaud her effort. I wanted to order food but she'd taken my friend's food order (french fries), and before I knew it she was off. Tried to grab her attention, but unfortunately the thirsty gents at rail kept her busy. After dropping off the fries she flew away again. After 35 minutes and eating the DELICIOUS FRIES I gave up on food, knowing full well that it would probably be 30 minutes before I saw her again. Still tipped respectfully. Understaffing happens. I was designated driver that day, would of love to try one of the non-alcoholic cocktails but they were out of some of the ingredients. So, I chose the 0% Guinness. But only 2 non-alcoholic beers? Come on Royal Oak there are so many non-alcoholic craft brews out there.
