I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who were not only friendly but also extremely efficient in checking me in. The check-in process was smooth, and they even provided me with a welcome drink, which was a nice touch after a long journey.The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with a touch of classic charm. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. Came here ready for an early morning flight and was concerned when I saw that the place and my room looked so old and dated, however, it was perfectly comfortable and clean and quiet despite it being right next to the flight path, and I had a great night sleep. I took the driverless pod over to the airport terminal which cost £8 and was a lot of fun. Expensive for a very quick ride but it did the job and it was something different. Would definitely stay here again.

For an overnight stop this hotel is basic but fine . It’s clean & the food that I’ve had has been good . The bedroom has everything you need , USB ports , hairdryer etc .|There’s a bar/restaurant on site with a generally good menu , with viewing over the airport . I got the pod over from T5 which was only five minutes ( assessed via short stay CP Level 2 ..not well signposted in the terminal) . Reception staff all very polite and obliging , I had my boarding card printed out . The only negative I’d say , and that’s very much a personal opinion is the music piped round the lobby sitting area was just too loud ..I had a few hours of hanging around and it just really took the edge off …

Fantastic service ! I will stay here every time I fly out of Heathrow. The service from all the staff was 5* . They went above and beyond to make my partners birthday special. The room was beautiful , clean spacious I actually wanted to stay for the week. The Pods were easy and very quick . Park was hassle free . Thank you to everyone at the Thistle hotel you made the start to our weekend the best weekend ever !.
