One of the reasons the Law needs to be changed is because of Letting Agents like these, renting out sub standard properties for extortionate rents. Repairs never done, yet they are the first people on your case when you are a day late with your rent. The government needs to come down hard on rogue letting agents like these and introduce better regulation, mind you Hartlepool seems to be full of bent letting agents lately.
