I love polypet’s no frills and easy to use intuitive website to accumulate points, automatically calculate discounts and promotions without any hassle and also provides easy to contact and communicate channels for any rare exchanges. Polypet also sells a wide variety of products at a better price. Its market competitive prices and good promotions makes it stand out among the other brands. I like it that they welcome pets so I can bring my dog into their physical store to shop if we are around the vicinity without making an extra trip or having our dog to wait outside. I also like it even more that they do free (with min purchase of $100) and worry free deliveries to our door step! The courier personnel will always notify us when the delivery is made and place our items securely. Throughout the tough covid years they have proven themselves to be a leader to ensure our dog gets her favourite food and treats. The company’s longevity is a testament to their commitment in this industry! Thank you so much!

I have been ordering all my cat food, cat litter and accessories including scratching posts from Polypet for my 8 cats and kitten for a very long time. The price is about the lowest available and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Delivery service is free when the order is for $100 worth of products or more. I highly recommend Polypet if you have pets.

Pleasant experience either buying online or at the shop. They are pretty well stocked and delivery is quick, usually within 3-4 working days. One also get notifications on order confirmation, scheduled delivery and delivery status. Reward points when ordering online can be used to offset purchase. Staff are friendly and helpful. But do not expect them to know what your pet needs if it has some condition, please leave that to the vet.
