We had a lengthy conversation about my issues. Never once did he try.to upset me. In fact, just the opposite occurred. Following the inspection, he made a couple of suggestions, and didn't charge me at all. If I am unable to resolve this issue on my own, they will be getting a call. Cynthia FulwoodWorst pest control company ever!!! I called this office a week ago to have my home serviced and initiate a termite certificate. I spoke with a rep and was told that a tech will come to my home two days later on his way home. I was also told that I would receive information via email detailing services and contract information. Never received the information and the tech never showed. Then to add insult to injury, I receive a call and a text asking for payment for services I never received! And to top it all off, the rep tells me that they tracked the techs vehicle to my neighborhood, but not my residence. Huh? Why would I lie about something as simple as a consultation appointment? This is by far the worst experience I have had with a company.
