EliseBeen to this restaurant on a few occasions. Firstly the decoration is lovely and we were seated in a timely manner. I would recommend booking ahead as it can get quite busy. The food selection is great, our preferences were the Chinese food as it tasted great and there was a wide selection and also the burgers as these were made fresh in front of you. The cooks who did this were very friendly and kind. I would say the only downfall is that the service for drinks was very slow on all occasions, but especially on the last occasion whereby we were still waiting on drinks well after starting food and had to ask someone again. Overall, the food is great, it's a very pretty place and the prices are good too.

We waited about 10 mins and was taken to our table. Staff are amazing.The food was great!! plenty of it and loads of choice, something for everyone. Special shout out to Alana who went above and beyond to make our evening enjoyable. My new favourite place to eat! Well done Umami 😍😍

They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable. Their service truly elevated our visit. Overall, Umami World Kitchen Buffet is a fantastic dining choice in Telford, and I highly recommend it!
