Greeted promptly with friendly professional reception. Escorted to the Chill Room while i wait ( friendly tip ! Arrive early and get a free chair massage while you wait!). Alyssa did a Hydrofacial which was great. No pain to extractions. Skin feels hydrated. Previously had Crystal Clear Laser, highly recommend!! Skin brighter, smoother, and definitely improved texture and appearance. Crystal was very informative and provided step by step explanation of procedure. If you’ve been considering a med spa and leveling up your skin care- think no more, One Med Spa is the premier location for facials, laser, injections and all things skin care to keep you looking your best.

Crystal does my Dysport and she’s truly amazing! She’s so precise, gentle, and always makes sure my results look natural and flawless. I chose the one med spa for its high ratings and recommendations. Yesterday was my third time and possibly the last time getting services there. Each time was a negative experience on its own but this third time around did it for me. First of all, when I called to schedule the girl that answered was so rude. She forcefully helped me book an appointment. The day of, I get check In and the girl who assisted me in the front (orange/red head) was extremely rude. The way she looked at me, talked to me…everything! And then during the service my esthetician forcefully answered my questions. On top of all that, as I and other customers were waiting to be seen, we could hear the staff in the front desk complaining about their job. It makes you feel like they don’t want to assist you. So unprofessional. No customer wants to go drop a few grand to be treated this way and have such a horrible experience. Imagine what their business would be like if they actually had great customer service. Do better! Customer service is everything!
