I always have a good experience when I shop at Laura's in the St. Laurent Shopping Centre. Lidia Andreeva is an amazing sales person. She has been looking after me for 16 years. She knows what I like and is honest in her opinion re colour and fitting. I have never been disappointed at Laura's.

I have had the most horrible experience with a very expensive dress that I recently purchased for my son's wedding from your store and company. It was a long blue dress with sparkles/glitter. Looked beautiful until you wore it. I was covered in glitter from the dress to the point that my body looked bruised. The glitter was literally falling off the dress and sticking to my body and everything that I came in contact with. I was mortified! I was embarrassed and horrified!!! I was unable to hug my son at his own wedding because of the glitter peeling from the dress. I couldn't hug my new daughter in law, or my other son, NO ONE because the glitter on dress was literally falling off and attaching itself to anything and anyone that it came into contact with. I do NOT recommend your services or clothing to anyone! 🤬 Extremely poor quality for the money.

Had the pleasure of being assisted by Lidia. She so patiently and kindly recommended me various outfits and helped style me based on my preferences. She wasn't at all pushy, which I appreciated. I ended up leaving the store feeling accomplished and armed with new outfits! Can't wait to visit again!
