I recently reserved a 12’ moving truck online, but shortly after, Matt from the company gave me a call to let me know it wasn't available. He immediately offered to upgrade me to a 16’ truck at no extra cost, which was a pleasant surprise. When I arrived to pick up the truck, Matt was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. He walked me through all the rental details and even took the time to make sure I had the right insurance coverage. The entire process was smooth and stress-free—excellent service all around! I would highly recommend!

Rented a Budget cargo van with 10' clearance at New Haven. I was making a one-way trip north, and had Matt help me check out. I had already booked the van and thought I had everything setup going in. We discussed rental insurance, trip logistics, and vehicle precautions. Matt was helpful and professional, got me an insurance plan that fit my needs (credit card apparently didn't cover open-cargo bed vehicles), and gave me some invaluable information. Using New Haven as the pick-up location was a positive experience for me.
