Had an exceptional experience today at The Nest with Emma today. She helped treat my overall body strain from a multi-day tournament while listening to my concerns, adjusting as needed as she learned more about my health and medical history (motor vehicle accidents, whiplash, concussion). Her release techniques are no joke and I received immediately relief, specifically in my neck, thoracic spine, lower back, glutes, and forearms. How was there even that much time to do all of this? I believe Emma worked with a level of precision and high intent to know exactly what my body needed, how much of it, and what type of treatment. There will may be a level of discomfort to endure when Emma deems it necessary but relief awaits on the other side. She knows her stuff and takes the time to understand what's going on with your body but even life in general as stressors impact body tension, too. Prior to today, I was receiving regular treatments with Vince the past 2 yrs and his knowledge, application, and quality treatments are top notch. Always targeted modalities specifically to the immediate issues that I'm dealing with as a competitive athlete and personal trainer by profession to care for my body so that I can continue to help others. Since I've moved cities, I haven't been able to find any replaceable practitioner of Emma or Vince's caliber. The quality care and attention to detail you will receive at The Nest are unmatched. I trust all of my friends, family, and clients of mine under their care and I hope this review reassures that you can too.

I can’t recommend Dr. Telise Carmichael enough! I’ve been struggling with intense pain in my neck, jaw, mouth, and head for years after an accident. I have tried so many different types of treatment with different practitioners with no success. It wasn’t until I met her that the root problem was quickly addressed and after just the first 2 sessions with her I’m feeling some much needed relief and hope again.
