We have historically negotiated with "The Big Banks" when it comes time to renew our mortgage. After a recommendation, we decided to meet with Jim and I am so thankful we took the plunge to try something new. After our first meeting I could feel all the mortgage stress melt away. He was fantastic at explaining the different options, and made recommendations based on our situation. He is very responsive, and has a clear way of answering questions and making you feel comfortable. I highly recommend meeting with Jim!! Best decision ever!

I worked with Jim on getting a mortgage for my first house. Being a first time home buyer, Jim took time to explain everything and answers all questions. Even when you call late in the evening, or even on a Sunday, Jim will always answer. His recommendations and advise worked out perfect. Without a doubt, he is extremely professional and ultimately the best!
