Worst lawyer ever. I recently had a case with EEOC that Chris was hired for and when it was time for him to do the work. I was told by Maria they would have everything ready for my case. I’ve contacted them multiple times through messages and phone and wasn’t able to get any answers or speak with anyone besides Maria. If you can’t accept a case or if you don’t practice a certain type of law, let the clients know, so they can have time to find another attorney. Communication is horrible. I signed a contract with this law office and received no help nor information on how to go on with the case. I found another wonderful attorney days prior and was able to get the help I needed. I wouldn’t recommend to is law firm to anyone!!! Save your money! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Was assigned to this law firm to assist us with a diminished value and time lost claim that safeco denied to pay. Poor communication throughout the entire process. Informed the firm multiple times I was the point of contact for this case and they kept trying to contact my partner. Was only ever able to speak to his assistants after our initial conversation. They told me they sent 3 certified letters to safeco but I have nothing to verify that and was never copied on any email communications. I provided all the contacts I had delt with at safeco. At one point the firm told me we already filed a diminish value claim and it was denied. YES that's the whole reason we got a law firm involved to begin with! I was told my only option would be to sue safeco and I would have to pay legal fees up front. They already take a % of what they get back to you if they get you anything back. However the % increases if they go to court. I was under the impression they didn't get paid unless I got paid. Overall a disappointment. No results. Still out the time without our vehicle and safeco basically robbed us of our diminished value. On top of the time I took away from my work trying to contact them for updates.
