I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Black Bear. From their customer service to creativity, I’ve been nothing less than impressed with them! After making the decision to redesign our company’s website, I immediately began by doing my homework and initial research. Blackbear was the 3rd or 4th company I interviewed or met with, and the second that I met Jena in their local office, I knew that Black Bear was going to be the new home for my website. She was knowledgeable, experienced, engaged and made me feel comfortable about handing the entire process over to her team. I loved the opportunity to meet with the entire team during our initial kick-off meeting and was impressed by the fact that everyone was present...not to shove ideas in my face, but to genuinely learn about my company, our services and goals. Erin, their awesome content writer, took the time to set up individual interviews to learn even more about us and our culture. Their SEO expert, Rebecca, has taken my calls and emails after hours and been more than willing to address all of my crazy SEO questions or concerns that came along with a redesign. A huge shout out to Tony and Dalton who were more than patient with me as I continued to change things up during the design process, you guys are awesome. Last but not least, I loved the fact that their co-founder, Randee, also participated and was available/responsive anytime I needed anything. Randee genuinely cares about her clients and the results produced by her team. Overall, I’m thrilled with the new site, it’s functionality, and more importantly, the results we are experiencing as a company!
