Premier inn is gradually declining this was just a bed for the night. This site has limited parking very dirty entrance and gives a poor first impression. However the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Due to lack of staff in the restaurant service is slow not their fault senior mismanagement responsible. If you want a cheap room for the night and eat elsewhere this will do. Romantic weekend or business meeting site forget it.

We've stayed here a few times before as it's so convenient for the M4 and Elizabeth Line. However on this occasion my son managed to fail to pack his iPad and we checked out without realising. When we hurried back to the hotel at 9.30pm that evening in a panic his iPad was waiting for him, labelled with our room number. Thank you very much to the honest staff for looking after it for him. Plus the breakfast staff are lovely, particularly Dilli who looked after us so well.

Had a great stay! This hotel is in an ideal location for sight seeing in London. Just a short walk to the tube and a supermarket next door. Food at the hotel was perfect. The staff were amazing and very friendly to our children. Special shout out to Marius. Thank you so much!

Had to check in with a computer in reception not a human which I think is not good. Room smelt all musky and damp but as no humans at reception couldn't complain or change rooms. Seriously not happy..... Stayed here several times and never had a problem. This time they have taken the human contact away and it's a bad decision. The staff I have dealt with in the past have always been great.
