The space itself actually bigger than it looks from outside, and the design is very nice. They have a quite spacious lounge and nice cafeteria. Staffs are friendly and very helpful!

However my experience was ruined for my by the lady who couldn't understand what I was saying, I told her I had a day office booked, but kept asking for my membership number which I didn't have as I booked an ad hoc day office. She refused me entry to the office space because I didn't have a membership number to give her. I don't want a refund, I just want people to know to not go to spaces covent garden.
