The Lab Athletic Club

The level of detail in respect to how everything is organized in this gym is on another level — the music, the ambiance, the machines are state of the art, to the restrooms and showers — it is clear that the owner of this gym cares about being Preeiment. I don't live in LA but I was traveling to LA from Miami and I was looking for a gym right before I hopped on my late night flight — and found this gym online which thankfully is open for 24 hours as many other gyms where already closed or about to close around 7pm — but beyond just being one of the few gyms opened at the time, I was already sold when I saw the photos online and when I actually entered and experienced, the gym was just as good as I imagined and perhaps better than I imagined. Next time I fly back to LA — the choice in where to workout is easy. I am going back to the Lab!

This gym is truly a vibe! The moment I walked in we were greeted by the super friendly Rocco and felt welcomed from the start. The equipment is next-level and love the set up as it’s easy to get from machine to machine. Also loved the aesthetic and was a fan of the entire experience from beginning to end! Staff is very friendly and I could clearly tell their guests are super happy with the trainers. If you’re in LA, definitely check out The Lab! Can’t wait to be back!

This is the best gym in LA! Very modern, cozy, very friendly atmosphere and super professional equipment. I really liked the interior, it's the first time I've seen a combination of contemporary art and gym space. You workout in a very trendy place among paintings by famous artists. The collection of paintings is put together by the owner of the gym. It's very cool! I highly recommend training here.
