Richard NoonanAvoid The Insurance Emporium – A Complete Joke! Absolutely shocking experience with The Insurance Emporium. Our dog needed urgent medical attention, and their online vet told us to go to an out-of-hours vet, providing details of the nearest one. This visit ended up costing us £395—which you would assume would be covered, given that their own vet directed us there. We made a claim, and to our surprise, it was approved (great, right?). But when we called to give our bank details, they told us we'd be receiving £6.60. Yes, you read that correctly—£6.60 out of a £395 bill! Deductions for this, deductions for that, and suddenly, we’re left with pennies. It’s beyond a joke. What is the point of having insurance if they wriggle out of actually covering costs when it matters most? They are more than happy to take your money but will do everything possible to avoid paying out. An absolute scam. If you love your pet and don’t want to be ripped off, stay far away from The Insurance Emporium!!! "Sir I'm gonna have to ask you stop swearing" 👌🏼 right you are.

I called as my Cat was killed at the weekend and I had just renewed insurance - they gave a full refund but they were so kind and so thoughtful. Today I get the most beautiful email again from them. Have been with them a few years and wont hesitate to keep using going forward.
M DThe claim process went very well. Submitted the claim by post on Friday 29/11/2024, and by Friday 06/12/2024 had received an email letter settling my claim. Checked the figures, which I agreed as been correct. The insurer was very speedy in dealing with the claim, excellent service. By the way, the patient a male dog, has made an excellent recovery. Thank you for making the process and response straight forward.

Her breathing suddenly deteriorated and because she was old and the outcome would have meant some very serious treatment the vet advised she probably would suffer greatly and wouldn’t stand it. Well I should have read the small print more carefully 😔. Nice letter thank you, my other dogs insurance is cancelled they will never have any of my money again.
