I had an amazing time at Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill. The food was delicious, especially for the price — great portions and really good flavour. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a casual night out. I also loved the cocktail options and the variety on the menu. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for good food, good service, and great value. I’ll definitely be coming back! And honey is very nice and helpful

I had a great time at this pub. The food was really satisfying and perfect for a relaxed night out. The chicken wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and covered with a delicious sauce that had the right balance of sweet and spicy. The loaded nachos were generous and full of flavor — melted cheese, jalapeƱos, fresh toppings, and crispy chicken on top. Everything was well combined, and the portions were more than enough to share. Cold beer, tasty food, and a cozy pub atmosphere made the experience even better. Definitely a good place to enjoy comfort food and spend quality time. āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø

American here. I got the Molson Canadian Lager which was a nice, crisp, refreshing Beer. The rib and chicken combo plate was very tasty. Ribs had a good pull and not fall off the bone, and the chicken was very tender. BBQ sauce was not bad at all. The atmosphere was killer (Toronto Blue Jay's playing the last game of the 2025 world series), and our server (Aditya) was impeccable and on point!!! Thanks for a great time!

Update – Recent Visits: After my previous review, the manager reached out with a sincere apology, which I truly appreciated. Since then, I’ve visited this location several times, and I want to highlight how consistently great the staff have been. Their service has always been warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, and my recent visits have only reinforced that. I’ve ordered the wings multiple times since then, and both the quality and the piece count have been perfect every time. I also tried the quesadilla, which was another great experience. Overall, this location has fully regained my confidence, and the team continues to make it a place I enjoy returning to. Previous review: I’ve always been a loyal customer of Chuck’s, especially this location since it’s close to home, though I’ve visited several others and I really enjoy the Niagara branch too. A few nights ago, my friend and I stopped by for some chicken wings and beer. According to the menu, the wings are served by piece count (8 pieces & 16 pieces), not by weight. We ordered 16 pieces to share, but for the third time, we received 15 pieces. The first two times, we decided to let it go, assuming it was just a busy night mistake. But having it happen three times in one occasion seems unlikely to be a coincidence. When we reported it to the staff, they handled it perfectly professionally, both the server and the supervisor were polite and apologetic as always. I truly appreciate their attitude and service; this review isn’t directed at them. However, I’m sharing this feedback for the kitchen and head office team. Because it’s not about one order, it’s about consistency and customer trust. If mistakes keep happening, and they always happen in the customer’s disadvantage (never the other way around), it raises concern. Customers aren’t oblivious. If this is intentional, people will notice. And if it’s unintentional, then it’s time for better oversight, because repeated errors like this slowly damage customer trust, and once trust is gone, people simply start looking elsewhere.
