Jody is by far the best massage therapist in Chicago- She is extremely knowledgeable, versatile, and such a kind person. She truly cares about how you feel and giving you exactly what you need in your sessions with her. She is capable of catering to those who want deep, firm pressure, but also those who prefer a lighter massage as well. There is nothing more frustrating than spending the money on a massage that does not meet your needs/ make you feel great (I have had many like this), but I can assure you Jody will become your go to therapist and only one you’ll ever need again! As someone who has had dealt with multiple head injuries, anxiety, depression, and a former athlete who still trains hard and is very active- she has been a godsend in keeping all of these things in line and keeping my body feeling great. Jody is the best massage therapist in Chicago - hands down! If you have chronic pain or are experiencing an injury, Jody is the person for you. She has helped me so much throughout my journey recovering from a ski accident. I couldn’t believe how much better I felt after just one visit. I now see Jody regularly and she is the only massage therapist I have gone to where the results really last. Jody was able to help me identify and work through trigger points in my neck, which has provided me with immense relief. She is extremely flexible with booking and rescheduling appointments, and is such a pleasure to talk to. 10/10 would recommend!
