Clean, and friendly staff. Great communication. I’ve been bringing my senior cockapoo here for a year now. No complaints! They always do what I ask and have my dog done within a few hours. Would recommend if you’re in need of a dog groomer.
We absolutely love Lolita. She is hands down one of the best groomers we’ve ever worked with. So professional, incredibly accommodating, and you can tell she truly cares about every pup she works with. She always makes time for us, even on short notice, and goes above and beyond to ensure Louie looks and feels amazing after every visit. We’re so grateful to have found her. Highly recommend!
Take your pet somewhere else, this salon doesn't want your business. We have brought our 6 dogs for grooming here a few times, last time was over 6 months ago. At that appointment all 6 were finished within 2 hours which was much faster than usual. We could see they were groomed by someone we hadn't seen before. And based on past experiences they close once the grooms are done so if they rush they can close when we leave. We got everyone home and upon closer inspection noticed their dew claws weren't cut, their fur were cut unevenly and had some redness on their bums, privates and between their eyes. Over the next few days our poodle developed swelling and bruising on his private part. I realized that due to them rushing the groom of all the dogs they either grazed him too close or burned him with hot clippers. Two people finishing 6 grooms in under 2 hours doesn't seem like proper care would've been taken. Regardless of this, the damage was done, our dog got an infection which we treated at the vet and over the next couple weeks. We didn't call to complain because like I said the damage was done, things happen. Today we had an appointment for the dogs to be groomed there again. I waited outside with the pups while the dogs dad went inside and explained that the last time they were roughed up and if they could please take extra care today. He was met with instant hostility about why he didn't complain at the time, the waiver was shoved towards him to see that he signed that they might get injuries, and he can go and find another place to have them groomed. Just for asking to take more caution than they did last time. If we had such a big issue we wouldn't have brought them again, we simply wanted to inform you what happened so that you would try not to do the same thing this time. These people do not care about customer service, they clearly do not need your business as you can see from the owners responses to any negative reviews. Accountability is not a part of their business practices. Don't even bother to reply and try and dismiss my negative experience, this review is to warn other pet owners who love their pets. These people will injure your pets and then shove the waiver in your face that you signed off that they can so shut up about it and don't come back.
