Had my hair cut by Dakota and absolutely loved the cut and the style. Dakota was a great conversationist during my service and left wanting to come back to see her for a cut. However, while I was getting my hair done I decided to get my eye brows done and would never have done (can't remember the ladies name). I said I wanted top and bottom done as this is what I always do and when she said she was done she did not to the top and I had to show her after she got her glasses where as she said she didn't see any hair there. She waxed part of the area but I decided to say it was fine as I did not want to hear her continue telling me how certain ethnicity do the top and they shouldn't cause of the arch (yes, I wanted the top done fully as I like clean lines and I am paying for it). She also failed to wax between my eye brows and had to do myself once I got home. I did pay for the service ($20) but I will never return for a waxing. I was upset and said nothing as I was enjoying my hair being done and was happy with the cut and wanted to enjoy the rest of my experience. I don't typically post reviews, but I truly was not happy with the waxing, the lecture or rant, I just wanted my eye brows done how I asked and I hope the next person gets what they ask for without the lack of or lecture why this person doesn't do it.

Dakota did a fantastic job highlighting and cutting my hair. I asked for a change without going to light, and she took her time and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. The entire staff is so friendly and patient. I'm looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend.

Guide for Brides: I had 3 sessions here leading up to and including my wedding day. My trail, a hair gloss treatment, and then bridal hair for myself and my MoH the day of. Nina did my hair throughout and she nailed it! For my trail she exactly duplicated the picture I had given her. On the day of, I pivoted and she was flexible and got me exactly what I had imagined. It was an outdoor ceremony on a very humid day and I wanted my hair fully down with curls; they held all day, through high winds, 75% humidity, dancing, and when I woke up in the morning the curl was still intact! I also want to thank Chelsea who did my day-of wash. I was so nervous for my big day, and she gave me an extra long scalp massage that was total heaven! After I was so relaxed! Thank you Chelsea for being so thoughtful!
