As always, a pleasure to have Jeff here to do some plumbing work in the basement this time: replacing the main water turn-off valve and replacing the laundry tub tap and faucets. The work needed to be undertaken was explained clearly and any questions were answered patiently. The fact all this had to be coordinated with the City to turn off and turn the water back on made the logistics more time-sensitive, especially when the City didn't arrive on time and then returned earlier than they were supposed to to turn the water back on, but Jeff was fine with it all and calm under pressure. I got a few quotes for future work and again everything was clearly articulated. Jeff wore boot protectors at all times and left everything in pristine condition. He is a treasure and highly recommended.

John did such a great job in fixing my drain issue. He's so knowledgeable and personable, an all around great person. Should I have any other plumbing issues, I will be calling The Great Plumbing Co again!
