I had a frustrating experience at this location. I stood around for a long time waiting to pay, but there was no one at the cash register to assist. I even tried going to the other side, but still couldn’t find anyone to help. It’s hard to understand how a business expects to sell anything when there’s simply no one available to serve customers. Poor management and lack of basic service really ruined the experience.

I had an excellent experience at Zara thanks to the outstanding service provided by Ethan. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me. Ethan’s professionalism and friendly attitude made my visit very enjoyable. He truly deserves recognition and a raise for his dedication and excellent customer care. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Just moments before, he processed a return for the woman in front of me without any issue. But when it was my turn, he suddenly refused and said he only handles checkout. This is completely inconsistent and felt like gender discrimination. Absolutely unacceptable behavior — I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place to anyone.

The most chaotic store I have ever seen !!! Although it totally appeared that unduly and irresponsible customers had done the store this messy, but there should be a management in the store!!! People had thrown the clothes and pants everywhere on the ground and no one cared to stop them from doing this!!! How come?!! The other customers will end up buying the same clothes finally!!!
