Best coffee in Stoke! I come here weekly on my lunch break. Friendly staff, good selection for vegetarian food and all served on beautiful Burleigh pottery, which is all made here on site. I’d recommend the vegetarian sausage bap, tea cakes or cheese oatcakes but lots of options, local delicacies and specials. Open every day 10am-4pm they also do Afternoon Tea which you need to pre-book. Lovely to sit outside by the canal in summer. Dog and kids allowed. Highly recommend. Toilets and parking is free too.

You can have simple tea served in a Burleigh cup and saucer. Located in the factory shop, the atmosphere is calm and nice. But the tea was average, cup and saucers were a bit old.

We found this in the book The Extra Mile and we weren’t disappointed! Friendly staff , delicious carrot cake and a large hot pot of tea for 2 all served in Burleigh cups and saucers . We saw others being g served huge dishes of soup ! I just wish we’d had more time to spend looking around and eat more of the super foods . Thank you - your hospitality made our long journey much more memorable.
