I contacted the lovely Stephen Penfold as I do every year to organise my MOT and service. The pick up and drop off was organised with ease and no hassle. Aesha contacted me the day before to confirm timings for day and the fabulous driver picked it up on time and delivered back in the afternoon. The car could not be washed on the day, I was given a voucher, which I used next day. The process is efficient and professional. Would highly recommend the whole team.

They are the friendliest most efficient garage ever. Everything is done promptly. They let you know how far the service is, so you never have to guess how long you going to have to wait. After service you get all the paper work and an update of the health of your car. Thank you!

The entire process was communicated really well. As a busy person, it's great to get reminders and calls to ensure I had remembered the car was due to come in for a service. Mr Stephen Penfold, Front of House Manager was excellent, efficient and welcoming and the entire process was slick and easy. Such a lovely experience! I would highly recommend Lookers to anyone. All the staff are lovely.

Pretty poor experience. I don’t usually leave reviews but feels these points are worth noting. Coffee machine wasn’t working due to circuit tripping which I overheard is a regular occurrence when they open the forecourt doors. No baby changing table! So I had to change my 10 month old on the toilet floor! Fun when all he wants to do is roll and crawl. Still no car cleaning set up but this really should be communicated at time of booking. When you have two kids there’s a lot to empty out the car to then find out they can’t clean it. They’re handing out vouchers for cleaning over the road but none were available and I needed to drive back another day to get one. Maybe get some more toys for those waiting with kids, very little entertainment for them. On my last visit for fixing my boot mechanism they carried out a service on my plan without my approval! Don’t think I’m going back.
