We had a few damaged slats in our roller door, from a collision incident. I called John and he gave me advice on security overnight. Following that he ordered the new slats to replace what was damaged. Fitters Colin and Neil arrived and were absolutely brilliant. They showed respect, knowledge and quality workmanship. Everyone I have dealt with has been first class, I would recommend them to anyone looking for garage door work. The number has been saved to my contacts as I'll not need to look anywhere else for future works. Wish everyone was as pleasant to deal with as this outfit. First class.

Had a problem with my roller shutter Garage door.Brilliant customer service from John, when I called & explained the problem, he was very assuring, 1st with telling me it could be the batteries in the receiver & where to source replacements, Having replaced batteries i called him back, Next day his technician Colin attended & fixed the problem within an hour. Both John & Colin were very knowledgeable in advise and carrying out the repair. I would certainly recommend these guys for any electric roller doors either fitting or repair.

Contacted The Garage Door Store after being let down by a well-known national company. Very pleased I did as the price was much lower for the better door (77mm) and they did a very good job. Arrived when they said they would, and Colin and John completed the work very satisfactorily.
