Shopping for quality carpet was an excellent experience with The Floor Shoppe. Angela was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The installers were courteous and did a good job moving furniture and did an excellent job overall with only two flaws. The walk through after installation was only to pick up the final check and the point was not to address installation concerns that I had. I have provided two pictures of the flaws. One was pocket door covers that were snapped off and not replaced, just discarded and not mentioned. The second was fortunately in a closet where glue got on the top of the carpet, making it look strange. Overall I am very pleased with the carpet quality and installation. If the follow up had been more substantial, I would have given five stars. Update to reply by The Floor Shoppe: The issues were not addressed by you. I replaced the discarded cover and the glue is still on the top of the rug. I will be having it repaired by someone competent. Thanks. Update 4/11/2025: The Floor Shoppe followed up and repaired the flaw in my closet. It looks great now! They were very courteous and understanding and made it right.

My family hired The Floor Shoppe to install wood flooring, bathroom tile, and carpet into our home. We were so impressed with the quality and customer service. Someone met us at the house to show us samples in the space and helped us pick the perfect finishes for the home. They gave us suggestions and were amazing communicators. The Floor Shoppe went above and beyond to lay the floor perfect in a dated home, which was in desperate need of an update. They met with us regularly during the installation process to discuss next steps and made the install worry free. The final product turned out better than we could have even visualized. We could tell they took pride in a quality product and the home feels brand new! I would highly recommend them. We will be using the Floor Shoppe for future home updates.

Our home builder left us with nightmare floors after floating engineered hardwood over a foundation that was not level. There were pockets where you could literally bounce on our old floors. Miles and Mike were wonderful to work with, completely leveled our entire foundation, and we are thrilled with our new floors! We are so pleased with the craftsmanship and attention to detail on what was a massive project. We would 100% recommend The Floor Shoppe.
