Customer experiences
If you’re looking for a cafe in Ridgewood that excels in both customer service and coffee quality, this spot is a must-visit. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you with a warm and welcoming attitude, ensuring an exceptional experience. The new white-tone interior is very clean and cool. The coffee is outstanding, with an impressive roasting quality that brings out rich and complex flavors. The selection is diverse, catering to both classic and adventurous coffee lovers. Whether you prefer a smooth latte or a bold espresso, there’s something for everyone. You should try the special hand dripped. Beyond the coffee, the breakfast menu is also great. The avocado sandwich is a standout—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. It’s a great option for a satisfying and healthy start to the day. Will definitely come again!
Ridgewood Coffee Inc. offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a morning pick-me-up. I recently stopped in and ordered a latte and an almond croissant. The latte was expertly crafted, with a smooth, rich espresso and perfectly steamed milk. It had that satisfying, velvety texture that latte lovers crave. The balance of coffee and milk was spot-on, and it wasn't overly sweet, which I appreciated. The almond croissant was a real treat! Flaky, buttery layers with a generous almond filling and a dusting of powdered sugar. It was warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The combination of the warm, nutty croissant with the smooth latte was heavenly. Overall, I had a delightful experience at Ridgewood Coffee Inc. The quality of both the latte and the almond croissant was excellent, and the service was friendly. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great coffee shop experience."
Ordered a matcha einspanner and it was really really good. They apologized for taking a while because they had to hand whip their handmade whipped cream and it wasn’t even a long wait. The whipped cream was sooo good, especially with matcha powder on top. They added a lotus cookie on top too.
Give me a small box coffee shop, just a few tables and the same barista day after day, and I am happy as a clam. Ridgewood Coffee Company was perfect, checked all the boxes. Was, is the operative word. Without much adieu, the dark tabled, pamphlet-crowded bulletin boards, tiny pastry fridges and slow drip coffee brew system, WAS GONE. A sign in the window indicated they had moved down the street. Replacing my little gem, found the polar opposite: Spacious floor plan, Full sized coffee roaster, Brightly lighted space offering light eats. Alas, not at all the comfort zone I preferred. I did try the honey latte and a pastry, but honestly, neither was a good substutute for the tiny coffee shop.
The Fine Grind - A Coffee Bar is a coffee shop.
