I am writing to share a recent experience we had with Triple Star, specifically involving a load booked with Ryan from AZ. Our experience has unfortunately been very negative, and we want to caution others in the industry. We booked a load that required a team truck, which we provided. Our team arrived at the pickup location the night before, as requested. However, when we asked for the Purchase Order (PO), Ryan informed us it would be available the following morning. We waited all day for the PO, but it never materialized. Subsequently, Ryan informed us that the load was canceled. All of these communications are documented via email. Despite our polite request for a $250 Truck Order Not Used (TONU) fee, Triple Star declined to pay. Furthermore, after two months of us seeking payment, they reported us to Carrier411. Based on this experience, we strongly advise against providing Triple Star with a truck. Their conduct has been highly unprofessional and unreliable.

We had a highly disappointing experience with this company. Our drivers were left waiting overnight at the pickup location for a purchase order number, only to be informed later that the load had been cancelled. We requested a $250 TONU fee as fair compensation, but this was met with silence from Ryan, who then ceased communication with our team. When we followed up regarding payment, Ryan was really rude, dismissive, and unwilling to engage in a constructive dialogue to reach a resolution. Additionally, the company submitted a report to Carrier411 containing false allegations against Gavro Freight, which we believe was retaliatory and entirely unfounded. Based on our experience, we strongly advise others to avoid working with this company.

We had a terrible experience with Triple Star Logistics after they canceled a team load without ever providing the PO, even though our truck was there as instructed. They ignored our request for a TONU and handled the situation with zero professionalism—strongly recommend others to think twice before doing business with them.
