Not very good at communicating anything with you constantly changing staff can’t give any kind of answers other then someone will contact you. Update : well if you have mental health and have a breakdown or on the verge I guess you should go to someone else such as a family support worker or a different field rather then your therapist that what was recommended to myself. So ummm what’s the point of therapy? I am very disappointed in this broken system. Making a disabled person stand outside where there no place to sit for a hour with nothing to say except someone will reach out to to. But no one never usually does. I don’t recommend them at all to anyone. I highly recommend maple tree they are an amazing company. They know how to operate and communicate.

They advertise free drop-in counselling across multiple platforms. But, what they lack in advertising is that there are conditions to this. My daughter while she may be young has mental health issues. While she was in a crisis they refused to see her because of her age. While they promised me a session for her when I first arrived in the morning they denied her when they had me come back in the afternoon for an appointment. Wasting my time and resources to get there. Also, getting my daughter’s hopes up in having a one time neutral person to let her feelings out to. Drop in counselling here is ageist. So, if you’re a youth I’d look somewhere else. They tried making the point of we only do counselling for children so they can develop a relationship with the person they’re seeing. Now while I understand that perspective it does absolutely no good for a child in need of an immediate session to get some big feelings out. Very disappointing to have free drop in counselling advertised and not holding true to that statement.

I had a good first session, though after having my first session, I called 3 times and left a message to get a follow-up appointment. They never called back. They could have at least called and said 'we can't help any longer'. Bad business.

Great experience here today. Cynthia was such a friendly and welcoming face when you enter. I saw Jessica G for a walk in session and she was fantastic!!
