The entire staff is great. My son is loving the fact that he can still get agility training without the football season. And he is aspiring to be in the NBA. Coach Conner is great with his skill training. He will even play some ball with the kids at the end. Chad is doing great keeping up with groups of all ages! Couldnt ask for a better group of trainers to help my kid!

The coaches at this CrossFit gym take into account all of their client's personal goals in working with them. They provide individual attention to each client during class, while still being able to work with everyone. The work outs will make you feel like you got a great work out in, but they won't make you want to cry. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel challenged athletically, nutritionally, and mentally.

We HIGHLY recommend the AF! Chad Hobbs and his staff have helped my son achieve his strength, conditioning and agility goals for basketball. They are very consistent and professional and care about the athletes. Not only is he better prepared to compete physically but mentally as well. They are building BEASTS!

My husband and I were traveling to Bloomington-Normal to visit family for the holidays and were able to drop-in for two work outs at Crossfit Bloomington Normal. The coaching staff were great at organizing and leading the two classes we attended. We had two great workouts and are thankful to have worked out at this gym. Highly recommended!
