Yu Hsuen YangA sublime omakase experience, comparable to the very best in Japan (have eaten in Japan several times). Their specialty is dry aging fish which resulted in the best akami (lean tuna) I’ve ever tasted. Chef Yasuhiro and team were warm, hospitable and took the time to explain each dish in great detail. Fantastic wine and sake pairing - a must if you are in the mood. Incredible attention to detail. From experience, far better than the one Michelin starred Taku just down the road. Go here before it gets a star!
