Deanne is your pets best advocate. As a certified dog behaviorist and a trainer, she makes sure to work with you in order to find harmony and happiness between you and your pet. Deanne is very knowledgeable about human dog dynamics. Our first session went beyond what I was expecting. Deanne came to our home and went through feeding, toys, sleeping arrangements, routines, etc.; all specifically geared to our family and the way we live. In the next two sessions we concentrated on training. Deanne takes her time with explaining realistic expectations and educating the humans on how to achieve desired behaviors. She was always available to answer additional questions after our sessions, and is a true professional, providing full write-ups afterwards of what you worked on, exercises to do and expectations for follow-ups. Deanne really listens and works for what is best for you as the owner and your pets well-being and happiness.

I can’t say enough positive comments about Deanne.Deanne is a gifted trainer, ethical, and compassionate. She basically saved us from having to pay a babysitter to watch our dog indefinitely . Benny had a very very bad case of separation anxiety. He could tolerate 0 seconds alone before a full out 5 alarm panic attack . When he could do 3 seconds we were so happy. Deanne worked so hard with us so our little guy could learn to be by himself. Now he can do 2 hours.

I would highly recommend Deanne for separation anxiety training! Deanne is extremely dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I really trust her perspective, as she uses evidenced based techniques while creatively problem solving to improve my dog’s anxiety. She’s always available for additional support, and goes above and beyond to do anything she can to help - for instance, being available in between sessions, responding to texts after hours, attending vet appointments, etc. Most importantly, she is deeply caring about my dog's wellbeing. My rescue dog has moderate separation anxiety and Deanne worked with me for months to address this issue. Deanne has a lot of experience and knowledge. There has been some improvement so far and my pup is tolerating being alone now for short intervals compared to the beginning. Cannot say enough how great it has been working with Deanne!
