I had a very negative experience with Luxora interiors.The service was far below expectations, with numerous issues such as poor quality of work, missed deadlines, unprofessional behaviour. The employees were unhelpful and displayed unprofessional behaviour. They charged with us for 65 sq feet kitchen 1 lakh rupees for modular but they provide only wooden box all items are missed and not provided as they showing in drawing. They show microwave space in upper cabinet but small microwave not adjusted in cabinet and all racks are empty they don't provide mechanism and accessories and gtpt ( bartan stand) grain trolly. And they told these all item not included in 1 lakh rupees. It means they provide only wooden part in 1 lakh rupees , which only compounded the problem. I do not recommend this company and would advise potential customers to be cautious. Manoj , Rahul fraud person hai yha bs inka kaam paise khana hai kaam nhi kr dete jhut bolte h revert nhi krte . Or client ko bachane k liye hume in par court case bhi kiya hua hai.
