I have had the opportunity to work with the Design Thinking Agency through my role as a Communications Coordinator with the Six Nations of the Grand River Development Corporation Organization. From my experience, the entire Design Thinking team is fantastic to work with! From their open, timely, and friendly communication, their commitment to understanding our company's brand/design, and their ability and flexibility to change things quickly, are just a few of the reasons I give them a 5 star review. The Design Thinking Team truly goes above and beyond my expectations from a design company, with their willingness to assist with simple editing tasks, even creating videos, email explanations, or phone conversations to expand my knowledge on Wordpress, and help out when I am struggling to make things work. I would highly recommend them to any and all organizations. :)
