I recently got my 4 BHK apartment (2800 sqft built-up) at Gangadham Towers, Pune designed by The Design Story, led by principal designers Yogita and Gaurav Oswal. Right from the beginning, I was impressed by their humble and down-to-earth nature. They are not only talented but also extremely honest designers who genuinely care about creating sustainable interiors. Their colour combination was amazing . The Design Story also has an excellent team of contractors, which ensures flawless execution on site. From detailed drawings to in-depth execution, everything was handled with precision and perfection. Yogita and Gaurav are always ready to listen to each and every requirement of the client, and they are willing to go the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction. Their services during the project and even post-completion have been outstanding. When it comes to customer satisfaction, I would easily rate them a 10/10 – they go above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of. I am extremely happy with the outcome and highly recommend The Design Story to anyone looking for interiors that are elegant, well-planned, and executed with honesty and passion. We assigned the interior work for our new apartment to The Design Story designers Gaurav and Yogita Oswal. I must say that was one of the best decisions we made regarding making our apartment. Gaurav and Yogita work fabulously as a team bringing their best facets to the table, ensuring they deliver the best designs and ideas to their clients keeping their tastes and requirements in mind. And they do all this without compromising the aesthetics and utility of the space. They do have their moments of disagreement/differences (which, by the way, can get quite hilarious) but they do not shy away from making them apparent, which is, once again, testament to the passion and transparency with which they operate. Our house has turned out amazing. Every aspect of designing, right from flooring to the ceiling and everything in between has been meticulously looked into transforming the space into a cozy, comfortable yet elegant home emanating positivity and warmth. And in the process, the association and bond that we share has outgrown the professional one and Gaurav-Yogita are family now. Thank you both for your services and I wish you all luck with whatever you choose to do in your life, both personally and professionally.
